Our Services

WeMemento provides personalized storytelling products and related services. Depending on the package selected, a product may include a digitally delivered personalized story, a printed personalized book, or additional story-related content.

The available products, packages, features, prices, and options may change from time to time.

Website Use

You agree to use the WeMemento website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, misuse forms or services, or use the website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unclear information supplied by the customer.

Photos, Memories & Customer-Provided Content

You may provide photographs, text, memories, descriptions, names, dedications, and other material for the purpose of creating your personalized story.

By submitting this material, you confirm that you have the appropriate right, permission, or authority to provide it for use in connection with your order.

Please do not upload content that:

• You do not have permission or authority to use.
• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material.
• You are prohibited from sharing or using.

If you provide photographs or information relating to another person, including a child, you should have the appropriate authority to provide that information for the intended purpose.

Personalization & Creative Interpretation

Our personalized stories are created using the information and creative direction you provide.

Because storytelling and illustration involve creative interpretation, the final story, wording, artwork, character appearance, scene composition, and other creative elements may not reproduce your descriptions or photographs in an exact or literal manner.

Providing a photograph or description does not guarantee an exact photographic likeness, artistic representation, or particular creative outcome.

Orders & Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are requesting the selected product or package at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

An order is subject to successful payment and our ability to provide the selected service.

We may need to contact you if information is missing, unclear, technically unsuitable, or otherwise necessary to complete your order.

If an order cannot reasonably be completed, we may contact you regarding the available resolution.

Pricing & Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website or during the ordering process. The price shown for your selected package should be reviewed before you complete payment.

Story Creation & Production

After an order is successfully submitted, the information supplied by the customer may be used to begin the personalization and production process.

For printed products, production involves creating the personalized story and preparing the physical product for delivery.

Because each product is personalized, production is different from the purchase of a standard, ready-made product.

Digital & Printed Delivery

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically using the contact information supplied during the ordering process. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you can receive the digital delivery.

Printed Products

Printed personalized products require production before they can be shipped. Our current customer-facing information indicates that personalized printed products may take approximately 7–10 business days to create and prepare before carrier transit.

Carrier transit time is additional to the production and preparation period.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and other required delivery information.

Returns, Refunds & Product Problems

Personalized products are created specifically for the customer and generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind after personalization or production has begun.

We do, however, recognize that genuine problems can occur. Depending on the circumstances, we may review issues such as:

• A printed product arriving damaged.
• Receiving the wrong product or order.
• A significant production defect.
• A product being materially incomplete.
• A genuine digital delivery or technical problem.

Cancellations & Changes

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Because personalized products require customer-specific production, cancellation or modification may not be possible after personalization or production has started.

If you discover an error shortly after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will review whether the requested change can reasonably be made based on the current stage of the order.

Intellectual Property

The WeMemento website, branding, logos, design elements, written materials, original artwork, software, layouts, graphics, and other materials provided by WeMemento are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by WeMemento, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our website materials or proprietary content.

Your submitted content

You remain responsible for the content you provide to us.
