WeMemento creates personalized stories rather than ready-made products. That means your story needs to be created and prepared specifically for you before it can be delivered or printed.

Digital Delivery

For digital storybook orders

If you choose a digital story, your finished story is delivered electronically rather than shipped as a physical package.

  • Your digital story is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • There is no physical shipping for a digital-only order.
  • Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
  • Check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders if you do not see the delivery email.

Printed Book Delivery

For printed storybook orders

Printed books require additional production time because your personalized story must be prepared and produced specifically for your order.

  • Allow approximately 7–10 business days for the personalized book to be created and prepared.
  • Once the book is ready, it is prepared for shipment to the delivery address provided with your order.
  • Carrier transit time may be additional to the production period.
  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Printed Book Timeline

Because every printed book is personalized, production takes time. Please keep the following timeline in mind when ordering a physical book.

Step 1 — Story Creation Your information is used to create the personalized story and artwork.
Step 2 — Production Allow approximately 7–10 business days for the personalized book to be created and prepared.
Step 3 — Shipping After production, the printed book is prepared for shipment to the delivery address provided at checkout.
